Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken - 1 Beer or Pop Can (unopened) - Chicken Rub - Magic Liquid
Chicken Rub
1 tsp. salt - 1 tsp. black pepper - 1 tsp. paprika - 1 tsp sugar - 1 tsp dried - rosemary - 1 tsp. celery salt - 1 tsp. onion powder - 1/4 tsp sageMagic Liquid (Fill the can)
1/2 cup liquid (beer, pop, wine or water) - 4 cloves garlic, chopped - 1 tsp. anise seeds, crushed - 1 tsp. cracked peppercorns - juice of 2 limesPreparations: 1. Pre-heart to 325F (170C), leave the water pan empty and add your favourite wood chips. 2. In a small bowl mix together the seasoning rub. 3. Rub the chicken seasoning over the outside of the chicken. 4. In a medium size bowl mix together the magic liquid. 5. Fill the can with the magic liquid 6. Place the can up the chicken's butt. 7. Place the chicken on the lowest rack. 8. Check after 40 minutes, the breasts need to reach 165F (77C) and the thighs 175F (80C) to be done. 9. Chill.
